Ms Monica Rishi has over 10 years of experience in the education sector. She has completed a double BEd(Regular and Special Education) and is an L1-certified Social Emotional Ethical Learning(SEEL) facilitator. She has been associated with Shiv Nadar school in different roles and teaches in a village school as voluntary work through her organization. Previously, she worked as a Pre-primary Incharge at Apeejay School Faridabad in a leadership position.
She has spent the majority of her teaching career in Early years education and now found her true calling in teaching Special Needs children. She currently works as a Special Educator with the Primary wing at Shiv Nadar School Faridabad. She has also facilitated various literacy and numeracy workshops for early years in her current school. In the 2016 CENTA TPO, Ms Monica secured the 14th Rank in Haryana and was among the top 500 nationally. In 2021, she secured Rank 4 in the CENTA TPO Early Childhood Education track. She is also a CENTA Certified L1 Primary Teacher.
