Roles we are hiring currently for:
1. Lead roles in Business Development (Bangalore based), to develop and run emerging business lines.
1. LEAD ROLES IN BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (BANGALORE BASED):
Looking for two individuals with 3 to 5 years of business development / sales management experience, to each own and build an emerging business line as a Business Lead, working with the BD Head.
Roles:
• Build an emerging business line towards significant revenue.
• Develop clientele and partnerships with a large number of education entities within and outside India.
• Ensure strong client service, with support from relevant teams.
• The role will involve travel once meetings start happening in person.
People with less experience could be considered for an Associate or Senior Associate role instead.
Skills/Experience needed:
• Preferably 3 to 5 years of business development / sales management experience.
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients and partners; good verbal and written communication.
• Drive, proactiveness and entrepreneurial orientation to take deals to closure and pursue growth.
• Strong client service, with high integrity at every step.
